Please include

• The email address on your account.
• For a billing question: the date and the amount.
• For an access problem: what you clicked and what happened.
• For a question about the book: the chapter or page.
• For a find that looks wrong (a price, a link, a store): the item and where you saw it.
• For a data request (a copy of your data, or deleting it): just say so.

Orders from stores

Items you buy through a link in your dashboard are sold by that store. For delivery, sizes, returns or refunds on those items, please contact the store directly: we cannot see or change those orders.

Invoices

Your invoices and every charge are always in your dashboard, under Billing. We do not email them.
